My Stay at the Pasea Hotel

Sharing is caring!

The last weekend of our trip to Huntington Beach, CA, Mike and I decided to stay at the luxurious, brand new hotel and spa, Pasea. It was built in June 2016, right off the coast of Huntington Beach, diagonal to the infamous Huntington beach pier.  From the second you pull up to valet, you are treated like a VIP.

The hotel is lavishly decorated, and the service was excellent. We walked in and were greeted with a table full of an assortment of meats and cheeses and delicious champagne. Our bell hop went above and beyond. He gave us a little tour of the lobby area, pool, and restaurant, then showed us up to our room where he told us a little about the surrounding area.

Champagne & an ocean view, what more could you want? Thank you @paseahotel for treating us like VIPs! If you're in the #huntingtonbeach area you have to check out this brand new resort, it's absolutely gorgeous! Sundress from a little boutique on Main Street Huntington Beach.

The room was gorgeous! It was decorated very modern and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get out in the mornings. The bathroom was really nice, the shower was my favorite part. It’s huge, and it is open to the room, but has a privacy door if needed (but where’s the fun in that). Our balcony over looked the pool and we had a great view of the pier. Oh, and our room came with a really great bottle of complimentary red wine. (I was completely sold at the complimentary champagne and wine.)

The pool was fabulous, and the service there was great! We had calamari and mojitos our first day there, and the last day we had some friends come hang out where we shared the two flat bread choices and a really good michelada.  During my stay, I did not get a chance to enjoy the spa amenities, but I did get a tour of the spa and it was really serene and beautiful. They had an array of spa services, a steam room, sauna, and hot tub. The restaurant connected to the hotel, Tanners, was amazing! Mike got the salmon, (oh my gosh) and I got the mussels, with chorizo cous cous.  Everything cooked there is cooked over a wood fire grill, so you get some insanely delicious flavors.

If you are going to the Huntington Beach, CA area I highly recommend staying at the Pasea hotel & spa. A huge thank you to the Pasea hotel for treating us like royalty, we will definitely be back for another stay!

  1. I have to show my appreciation to this writer for rescuing me from this type of situation. Because of looking out through the world-wide-web and coming across advice that were not beneficial, I figured my entire life was well over. Being alive without the presence of strategies to the difficulties you have resolved as a result of your entire article is a crucial case, as well as those which might have adversely damaged my entire career if I had not discovered your web page. Your primary knowledge and kindness in dealing with every aspect was crucial. I am not sure what I would have done if I hadn’t come upon such a subject like this. It’s possible to at this time look forward to my future. Thanks for your time very much for this reliable and result oriented help. I won’t think twice to recommend your blog to anyone who requires guidance on this matter.

  2. I precisely had to say thanks again. I am not sure what I might have carried out in the absence of the type of creative ideas shown by you directly on such a topic. Previously it was the intimidating setting for me personally, however , looking at a specialized form you treated that took me to cry with fulfillment. I’m grateful for your service and even hope that you recognize what a powerful job you’re doing training many people all through your web blog. I’m certain you haven’t met any of us.

  3. Your balcony view was absolutely amazing! The weather made the view even more perfect- if that’s even possible! It sounds like you had a fantastic (and relaxing) stay. P.s. love the photos!

  4. I grew up going to Huntington beach, so it’s really fun to read about this from the traveler’s perspective! Hope you loved it as much as I do 🙂

  5. Looks like a great hotel! I love the decor in the room and that you had a balcony. When the weather is nice (which is always there) it is great to be able to hangout in your own private space.

  6. Pasea Hotel sounds like an amazing place to stay. Nothing like coming to room filled with cheese & champagne. Its little surprises like these that make your stay even more worthwhile. And what a view that is! I’d definitely consider staying here whenever I’m in Huntington Beach. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Oh girl you know I did! haha And I think its just the photo I was on like the 10th floor, it was pretty big and it had a kiddy pool and a hot tub on the other side over looking the ocean.

    1. Anytime! Yea it was a bit pricey, we stayed at a more budget friendly place the first few days & decided to splurge a little for the weekend. It was totally worth it!
